These sessions offer a calm, judgment-free space for parents who just need to talk. There’s no pre-work, no tailoring, and no set structure — just 45 minutes to reflect, vent, and receive gentle insight if desired. It’s a low-cost, low-pressure way to get support without the commitment of a full program. Sessions can be booked one at a time.

We’ll start with a complimentary call to discuss your needs and see if this program is the right fit. From there, we’ll decide on the best schedule, including the time, dates, and whether we’ll connect via Zoom or email.

If you choose to move forward, I’ll send an invoice through PayPal. Payment plans can be discussed during our call if needed.
